Ask any woman, she will tell you she needs to exercise more, or she needs to join a gym. It is one more thing on the list of nine million subjects she feels guilty about. Somedays it is not possible to squeeze anything else into the busy schedule. So I have started thinking outside of the box! So what if I can't afford an expensive gym membership should I let my thighs turn to rubber? I think not!



1. BE LIKE JESSICA!
Chores have to be done, the house always needs to be cleaned! So vacuum, grocery shop, Do the dishes in you stilettos.
2. SEXY TIME
Exercise may be induced by bofriend/husband/on-looking neighbor due to cleaning in your sexy pumps! (4-5 Calories a minute some where around 300 in an hour so woman on top ;
3.  WALK THE WALK
Park a distance away from Grocery store, mall anywhere you park
You will burn even more calories pushing your cart or carying your bags that far!

4.  TAEBO
These videos you can do in less than twenty minutes! They are fun and full of energy. The development of exercises is especially great for woman because they build lean muscle, not bulk muscle.
5.  IYOGA
On an ipod or iphone you can download applications or podcast that teach yoga. Once you learn the position you can just download some soothing music and do yoga by yourself in your own living room!
