(D.I.Y) Do It Yourself in this Economy

Life is tough all around the world lately, from mom and pop shops shutting down to, stores like Goody's closing thier locations. If the stockmarket and large corporations are struggling then of course little ole' me just trying to survive on my own is going to have a hard time. Does this mean we should sacrifice all the little things we love? Shopping, going out, facials, mani's and pedi's? Nope!!

Manicure from Nail Salon: $35
At Home Manicure:

Things You Will Need:
 Emory Board: $1
Nail Polish Remover: $2
Clear Polish: $3
Color of Your Choice: $4
Acrylic Kit: $7.47
Drill: $9
Makes Four Manicures: 7.50 per Manicure!

The acrylic takes a little work. You have to be able to remember the order your nail salonist uses each product. I purchased the acrylic, drill and everything from walmart. The more you practice the better it will look. Here is a look at my first D.I.Y Manicure.
