Vitamin A(mazing)!!

This is the most Amazing product! I never knew a vitamin could help my skin look so beautiful. My last entry was about Marilyn Monroes makeup and skin. I stated in that blog that I do not have the best skin. It is true, for years I have been uncomfortable without wearing makeup.  I do all the wrong things when it comes to taking care of my skin. I don't drink enough water, get enough sleep, and I tend to stress out. It is no wonder I have had so much trouble getting my complexion to clear up. I have tried everything, not only make-up, but every acne product out there. I kept thinking the next product would work better than the last. Normally, they would work great the first two weeks, and then my skin would go back to being exactly the same. I even went as far as having my doctor give me a prescription for benzoil peroxide. That type of topical medication is only good if you have extreme acne and pimples all over your face. What my skin needed was healing from the inside out. My skin was awful, basically it would just look like connect the dots. I always had areas that looked like they need to heal, but always stayed blotchy.
One day I read on an iphone application (called natural cures) that Vitamin A was good for your skin. Not really thinking it would make dramatic results I purchased some vitamin A, while I was at the local drugstore. I used it once, and then it got pushed behind other bottles in my cabinet.
Recently, I decided I was going to take vitamins as a step to become healthier. By the second week I was already seeing results it was amazing, my skin looks better than it ever has. I still have a few breakouts here and there(especially that time of the month) but the healing time seems so much faster!

The way it works:
Vitamin A makes the protective tissue in your skin stronger and helps prevent acne. (Contrary to most acne products it prevents it before it happens.)It reduces the production of an oily substance called sebum. Produce to protect the skin and hair from drying out. Vitamin A also is an antioxident which is a powerful source for ridding body of toxins. The recommended dosage to fight acne is 8,000-10,000 IU daily. Acording to Dr.Georgiana Donadio, PhD, DC, MSc, founder and director of the National Institute of Whole Health in medicinenet.com,
" Your skin is the fingerprint of what is going on inside your body, and all skin conditions, from psoriasis to acne to aging, are the manifestations of your body's internal needs, including its nutritional needs,"
